left hand, display side rooth ear and larger loss on
the right hand one. Enamel peel and some small dentin loss
on display side blade top. This tooth came from California
"Shark Tooth Hill". 6 inch teeth from this location are
almost unheard of and rarely come up for sale. |

| CMN-8617 - If you try to pick this tooth up by the blade edges, the weight and sharp serrations will quickly convince you to try another approach. The root and tip are outstanding. There are only a few missing serrations, one down by the tip. The enamel peel was caused by hydration stress cracking during the fossilization process which happened about 5 million years ago. The enamel is now completely stable. |
